Child victims of violence and perpetrators of crimes

A victim of domestic violence is any natural person who is exposed to violence, which includes harassment, intimidation, endangerment of safety, bodily harm, or other psychological, physical or economic violence that causes a feeling of insecurity, endangerment or fear, as well as threats for such reasons or reasons, children or other persons living in a marital or extramarital union or a common household, as well as against a current or former spouse or extramarital partner or having a child together or competing in close personal relationships, regardless of whether the perpetrator did so or shared the same residence with harm or not.

A victim of sexual violence and rape is any natural person who is exposed to sexual violence and rape, which includes any act of a sexual nature, with anybody part or object, on the body of another person without his/her consent. Sexual violence also exists when another person is induced or forced to engage in acts of a sexual nature with a third person without his/her consent. Consent must be expressed voluntarily as a result of the person's free will, assessed in the context of the circumstances.
